INDIA SHIPPING + HANDLING

We currently offer ground shipping, 3-day and overnight shipping.

Within India: 3 to 6 business days – 300/- INR (USD 4)

International: 4 to 10 business days – 1,500/- (USD 19)

CANCELLATION POLICY

We shall not be able to process any refund or cancelation if the order/orders are processed. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.

STANDARD ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing time. Orders placed by 12:00 noon EST will be processed the same day and orders placed after 12:00 noon EST will be processed the following business day. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  2. HOW WILL I KNOW HOW MUCH MY ORDER WILL COST?
    To see your order total add items to your basket and click select to check out. SHIPROCKET calculates and displays the order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse in Delhi, India to your selected international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by Customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.
  3. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    We keep a standard time of 5-10 business day for all our international deliveries.
  4. HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES ARE CHARGED ON INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
    Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that SHIPROCKET supports. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country.
